Terms & License Agreement (EULA)
The rules for using the qovox-parser SDK and your Qovox account. Please read them before you sign up.
1. Acceptance
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Qovox (“Licensor”) and the person or entity that creates an account or uses the qovox-parser SDK (“Licensee”). By downloading, installing or using the SDK you agree to this Agreement.
2. License grant
Subject to payment of the applicable fees and compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the SDK in the Licensee’s own web applications served from the domains registered for the license key, and to distribute the unmodified SDK file to end users as part of those applications.

3. Restrictions
Licensee shall not, and shall not allow others to:
- use a license key on a domain that is not registered for it, or share keys to circumvent plan limits;
- tamper with, disable, or bypass the license check;
- sell, rent, lease, or offer the SDK as a standalone product or as a competing document-parsing library;
- remove proprietary notices; or
- use the SDK in violation of applicable law.
Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law grants that cannot be waived by contract.
4. Fees and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal.
5. Term, suspension and termination
The Agreement lasts while the subscription is active. We may suspend or revoke keys that are used in breach of this Agreement. When the subscription expires or a key is revoked, the SDK stops working at its next license check (subject to the offline grace period of your plan). On termination you must stop using the SDK.
6. Ownership
The SDK and all related intellectual property remain the property of Licensor. Licensee owns its documents and parsed output; Licensor claims no rights in them.
7. Data protection
Documents are processed locally and are not transmitted to Licensor. The limited data exchanged for licensing is described in the Privacy Policy. As between the parties, Licensee is the controller of any personal data contained in documents its users parse.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The SDK is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of extracted content, and non-infringement. Text extraction from PDF and DOCX files can be incomplete or inaccurate, especially for scanned, encrypted, or unusually structured files. Licensee is responsible for validating output before relying on it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Licensor’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by Licensee in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
Licensee will defend and indemnify Licensor against third-party claims arising from Licensee’s applications or its breach of this Agreement.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form or, if none, the Licensor’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12. General
This is the entire agreement on its subject and supersedes prior understandings. If a provision is unenforceable the rest remains in effect. Licensee may not assign this Agreement without consent. We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice; continued use after that date is acceptance.
