Why flat pricing wins

Typical cloud document APIs charge per page. At 100,000 pages a month the gap is large, and it widens every month you grow.

Cloud OCR / parsing APIs

$150 – $1,000+

per month at 100k pages, at roughly $1.50 to $10 per 1,000 pages. Plus upload bandwidth, storage and compliance work.

Self-hosted parsing servers

$200 – $800

per month for compute, autoscaling and on-call time, before the engineering hours to build and secure it.

Qovox Pro

$29

per month, whether that is 1,000 or 10 million pages. Parsing runs on your users’ own devices.

Competitor figures are rounded, typical list prices for illustration only. Check each vendor’s current pricing.

Pricing questions

Is there really no limit on documents or pages?

Correct. Parsing happens on your users’ devices, so it costs us nothing extra when you parse more. The only limits are the number of license keys and domains on your plan.

What counts as a “domain”?

A website host that is allowed to run your license key, for example app.company.com, or *.company.com for all subdomains. localhost is always handy for development. You can edit the list in the dashboard at any time.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Every new account starts on Free, instantly, with no card and no time limit. You get 1 license key and 2 domains. Upgrade only when you need more.

How do I upgrade to Pro or Enterprise?

Choose a paid plan and send us a short request. Our team activates the plan on your account, usually within one business day, and you can keep using Free in the meantime. Online card checkout is coming soon.

Do my customers need a license too?

No. You buy the license; your end users just use your site. A key works for every visitor on the domains you allow.

What happens if the license server is unreachable?

Parsing keeps working during your plan’s offline grace period (12 hours on Free, 24 hours on Pro, 7 days on Enterprise), then pauses until the SDK can refresh its token.

Do you see my documents?

Never. Documents are parsed locally and are not uploaded. The only network call is a small license check. See the Privacy Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Paid plans are activated manually for now, with invoicing for Enterprise. Card payments through our payment partner Paddle are coming soon.
